What is Reflection?
It is the act of reflecting, as a duplicate image on something and/or mirroring.
The universal “Law of Reflection” says that the traits you respond to in others, you recognize in yourself, both positive and negative.
It has four primary manifestations:
- That which you admire in others, you recognize as existing within yourself.
- That which you resist and react to strongly in others is sure to be found within yourself.
- That which you resist and react to in others is something, which you are afraid, exists within you.
- That which you resist in yourself, you will dislike in others.
Imagine the outside world as a collection of mirrors, where people and events act as mirrors reflecting your inner world (as within, so without). Each mirror is reflecting a specific aspect of you.
“You like your friend” – the qualities you admire in him or her you possess them too.
You stopped your eyes and suddenly noticed the beauty of a flower – it’s a precise mirror reflecting how beautiful and wonderful you are inside.
The indication of a mirror placed in front of you is your strong emotion attached to a person or situation. The Universe wants you to pay attention and examine something inside yourself.
The most helpful is when the Universe show you an aspect of yourself that you have to work on for your own to change your life for the better. A strong negative emotion will be attached to that.
Those aspects are ugly (… no one is perfect), and reflections are equally not very attractive.
For example, you can’t stand your workmate. He is lazy and useless; maybe he is an accurate reflection that you work too hard, too much energy and effort for a very little reward? Maybe you have to find the balance, the happy middle.
People are bossy with you. Believe in yourself! Stand in your strength! You are powerful, wonderful, beautiful and so worthy!
Universe wishes you the world of happiness, and this little thing inside you is a hurdle on your way to finding your own happiness!
Reflection will be the exact copy of you or the complete opposite, like above. They are two sides of the same coin, and you will be shown the whole coin. You have to decide which side is relevant to you. Whatever comes into your life, look at the reflection? It teaches you something about yourself. Learn your lesson, and your journey on Earth will become a fascinating and enjoyable experience.
Just as water reflects your image as you gaze into it, when you look inside yourself, you see who you really are. Your knowledge and success with others is directly related to your self-knowledge.
Reflect on who you are, what you can be, where you are going and what you want to become.
